• L60 to take PCB 13.5" x 32" (343 x 813 mm) 96 feeder positions
• L40 to take PCB 13.5" x 22" (343 x 560 mm) 64 feeder positions
• L40 to take PCB 13.5" x 12" (343 x 305 mm) 32 feeder positions

Each can be fitted with linear glass scales with digital encoders for placement accuracies down to +/-0.001".

For entry-level requirements the established range of low-cost benchtop pick and place machines from Mechatronika is on display.

As exclusive UK distributor of Schleuniger Cable Preparation equipment, Turner Electronics are exhibiting their whole range of machines incorporating cutting machines, stripping machines (including coax, fibre optic and other specialised materials), automatic cut and strip machines, crimping, and strip and crimp machines along with a range of applicators.

The series of cost-effective PC controlled cut, strip and terminate machines from KMI feature roller drive system, two crimping units, and a tinning station as standard. The machines are capable of both horizontal and vertical doubling. Options include crimp force monitoring, ink jet and hot stamp marking.

Additional Cable Preparation equipment includes crimp force monitoring from KMF, automatic strip and crimp loose piece ferrule machines for processing insulated wire end sleeves from GLW.
