The all new Schleuniger PowerCut 3500 incorporates all requirements for a high-performance automatic cutting machine. The fine tuned performance concept pays special attention to cutting quality and cable transport.

The cutting force of 2500 N in conjunction with the special blade concept permits trouble-free cutting of even tough cables with large cross sections. The cable is transported with electronically controlled drives and belt contact pressure. The powerful drives allow transport speeds up to 2.3 m/s. The PowerCut 3500 processes a wide range of applications providing high quality production results.

The PowerCut 3500 features a standard range of interfaces which is continually extended, thus offering a wide connection to pre- and post-processing equipment such as pre-feeders, cable coilers or wire stackers. This enables the machine to be used either as stand alone or for integration into a production line. The PowerCut 3500 user friendliness excels with low maintenance parts, excellent accessibility and ease of use.
