Schleuniger UniCrimp 200 Crimping Machine

The Schleuniger UniCrimp 200 is a basic crimping machine that distinguishes itself through its user friendly interface and its many additional functions. The press accepts most industry-standard, mini-style applicators for crimping side left and rear-feed terminals.

The Schleuniger UniCrimp 200 can crimp terminals with a material stock thickness of up to 1mm (0.04”) and a wire crimp length of up to 8mm (0.32”) onto wire as large as 6 mm² or 10 AWG. The operating interface simplifies set-up and increases productivity. For example, different counting functions such as total-, piece- and lot counters, as well as languages, are programmed on the display. In the same way speed, pneumatic valve, Split-Cycle and crimping force monitoring can be programmed. The job-piece and batch-piece counters can be programmed on the multi-language display. Variable press cycle speed, forward and reverse jog mode and programmable air feed timing and split cycle controls for pneumatic applicators give the UniCrimp 200 great flexibility to handle the widest range of applications. The UniCrimp 200 is an efficient and universal press that will accommodate all of the client’s needs.
