Schleuniger Toolingshuttle 60 Plug & CrimpTM for CrimpCenter Series

The ToolingShuttle 60 combines the tooling, terminal reel and paper winder into one quick change unit. Using a pre-adjusted ToolingShuttle 60, an operator can change jobs on a CrimpCenter machine in the shortest possible time.

With the Plug & Crimp™ function, the CrimpCenter set-up time is reduced to a minimum. Special handling knowledge is not required. Many standard crimping tools (mini-style applicators) can be used with the ToolingShuttle 60.

The ToolingShuttle 60 system is recommended for customers running CrimpCenter machines that experience ten or more tool changes per shift.
