Schleuniger CrimpCenter 63 Fully Automatic Crimping Machines

Productivitiy maximized - productivity is more than just high output rates. The CrimpCenter 63 with its three processing stations combines high-speed processing with very short changeover times and unmatched user-friendliness for top quality production.

The CrimpCenter 63 sets new standards in processing wires from 0.05 mm2 to 6 mm2 (25 to 10 AWG). Depending on customer requirements, this new generation fully automatic cut, strip, & terminate machine can be equipped with three processing stations for crimping, sealing, twisting or tinning wires.
A sophisticated system of electronically controlled curved movements allows the CrimpCenter 63 to achieve consistently high output rates even with longer wires. But there is more to it – the CrimpCenter 63 has been designed to maximize customers’ productivity in all aspects of production.

Extremely short changeover times

As production lots become increasingly smaller, short changeover times become more and more important. With the unique Plug & CrimpTM technology, Schleuniger now offers an economical solution to significantly reduce set-up time for one crimping station to a minimum. The unique system allows set-up work to be done while the CrimpCenter 63 is still producing. Depending on how often customers change applications during production, productivity increases of 30 percent and more can be achieved.

A new level of user-friendliness

Tool-less quick-lock systems and simple icon-based touch screen operation make the CrimpCenter 63 one of the user-friendliest machines on the market. Operator training times are comparably short, the risk of incorrect operator data entry is drastically reduced by the menu-guided software, and all important additional machine information such as manuals, exploded views, or spare parts lists is always readily available directly in the machine software.

Simple network integration

In addition, the CrimpCenter 63 is fully networkable with standard Internet protocol. Without using any proprietary technology, integration in existing networks such as a company LAN is very simple and quickly realised. Implementing a worldwide quality or production planning network can be done without any additional investments in infrastructure.
