Schleuniger PowerCut 3700 Automatic Cutting Machine

Schleuniger's new PowerCut 3700 is ideally suited for heavy duty demands. The powerful cutter head precisely processes all kind of materials such as wire, round and flat cable, tubing material, Glass Optical Fibre (GOF), foil and more with cross sections up to 70 mm² (AWG 2/0) and 25 mm (0.98 ") OD with clean right-angled cuts. The PowerCut 3700 features a fast belt feed transport with high pulling forces and automatic gap adjustment for quick set-up. High transport speeds and short cutting cycle times result in high productivity - the PowerCut 3700 provides an outstanding price/performance ratio.

With its clear menu structure, programming the PowerCut 3700 is simple and intuitive. If not used as a stand-alone machine, the PowerCut 3700 can easily be integrated into a fully automatic production line. Its flexible interfaces allow it to connect to various peripheral devices such as prefeeders, inkjet printers and wire stackers.
