The new UniStrip 2600 benchtop programmable stripping machine is for larger cables up to 9 mm OD (11 mm for flat cable), and maximum strip length of 80 mm.

The adaptable UniStrip 2600 can process many unique applications and cables, including discrete wire up to 16mm², power cords (even multiple conductors with different lengths, all in one cycle), multi-conductor cables, flat cables, sensor cables and others. The UniStrip is fully electric and features strong, quiet drives and fast cycle times.

Programming the UniStrip 2600 is simple with its cable library, proven menu guided software and a graphical display that allows the user to view a schematic diagram of the cable end, complete with programmed dimensions. In addition to all of the standard programmable processing parameters (lengths, diameters, wayback), the operator can program multiple strips, multiple steps, and the clamping force. The operator can also include a stripping delay, slug discard function, trimming function, and an air ejection time. Once these values are optimised for a particular application, the user can name and save the file in the program memory.
