The new MegaStrip 9600 from Schleuniger completes their range of automatic cable cut and strip machines. It processes cable from 0.5 – 25mm OD (wire size stranded - up to 240mm˛, flat ribbon cable – 84mm), and has a cutting force of up to 3686N.

The patented blade system allows the simultaneous use of several blade pairs, including slitting and forming tools, leaving virtually nothing in wire stripping that you cannot do. The MegaStrip 9600 can also be fitted with a combing device which substantially enhances the processing of the cable jacket and inner conductors. It is programmed via the touch panel or PC (Cayman software).

The MegaStrip features a standard range of interfaces which is continually extended, thus offering a wide connection to pre- and post processing equipment such as pre-feeders, cable coilers or wire stackers. This enables the machine to be used either as stand alone or for integration into a production line. The MegaStrip 9600 user friendliness excels with low maintenance parts, excellent accessibility and ease of use.
