Processing Stations
Processing stations for crimping, sealing (weather seals), twisting of conductor end strands, tinning and doubling crimp capability. With full software integration, all processing stations are perfectly suited for models of the CrimpCenter series (depending on machine layout).
Schleuniger CenterStrip CSU
The CSU is designed to precisely strip insulation windows from wires and multilayer cables in a range from 0.34 – 8 mm² (16 – 8 AWG).
Schleuniger KM-CFK
With the Strunk compacting station KM-CFK, stripped wire ends from 0.5 up to 6 mm² (20 AWG up to 10 AWG) are compacted with a resistance welding process on fully automatic crimping machines of the CrimpCenter series.
Schleuniger SLD 4100
The SLD 4100 double gripper module gathers two single wires with outer diameters from 1 - 4 mm (0.039” - 0.157”) in the proper orientation allowing the swivel arm gripper to collect them.

Schleuniger STS 1100
The STS 1100 tinning station is designed for fluxing and lead-free tin coating of stripped wire ends with cross sections up to 2.5 mm² (14 AWG) and tinning lengths up to 5 mm (0.2'').

Schunk MINIC II
The Schunk MINIC II ultrasonic welding station can be used on CrimpCenter fully automatic crimping machines for compacting (e.g. tip welding) of stripped wire ends from 0.22 – 6 mm² (23 AWG - 10 AWG).
