    The electro-pneumatic controlled automatic strip and crimp machines MC 40 and MC 40L are used for processing loose wire end sleeves with insulated crimps.

    The MC 40 is equipped as standard with the tooling for cross-sections of 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 mm sq and a sleeve length of 8 mm.

    Optional add-on kits are available on request for processing cross-sections of 0.25 / 0.34 / 2.5 / 4 mm sq.

    The MC 40L processes the cross-sections 4 / 6 / 10 mm sq.

    The automatic machines can be set to the desired cross-section by simply exchanging just a few parts.

    The stripping and crimping take place in one operation.

    All variable parameters can be set automatically and correctly by changing the crimp inserts.

    The modular structure combined with the use of maintenance and wear-free components guarantee extreme reliability of the machines.
