Today’s production environment requires more and more flexibility, fast reaction times and systems that are easy to reconfigure. This is where the S50 comes into play.
The modular and scalable S50 can be easily adapted to your production needs on several levels. Processing stations can be changed easily and ultra-fast with a slide-out and slide-in mechanism. To switch between applications, the processing stations can be fully maintained and calibrated outside the machine.
The S50 is equipped with a new transfer design for a higher positioning accuracy between process and product. Visual inspections with high-resolution cameras detect bad parts. The fully integrated software alerts the operator to incorrect settings. With the S50, you achieve production and process reliability.
