    The PowerCut 3700 is the ideal solution for processing larger cables. It precisely cuts wire, round and flat cable, Glass Optical Fiber (GOF), tubing material, foil and more up to 70 mm² (AWG 2/0) and 25 mm (0.98 “) OD.

    Powerful & Quick

    The heavy duty cutter head provides clean right-angled cuts with excellent accuracy and repeatability. The rugged belt transport unit combines high pulling forces with high transport speeds (up to 4.5 m/s). In addition, it features an automatic gap adjustment for quick set-up: The diameter or thickness of the material to be processed will be detected while closing the feeding belts. The gap adjustment can also be done manually. The intuitive menu and interface integrates wire and cable program memory.

    Interface

    The versatile PowerCut 3700 features various standard interfaces for peripheral machines such as prefeeding machines, wire stackers and cable marking systems. Optional interfaces are available for synchronised coilers and stackers as well as for inkjet printers.

    The PowerCut 3700 can easily be integrated into an automatic processing line.
